Each residence at La Mer is delivered turnkey, fully furnished, and continuously managed by a permanent on-site team. Pool care, twenty-four-hour security, landscaping, generator and insurance oversight, and full owner reporting are coordinated as standard. When you choose to make the home available, the same team takes over — marketing, bookings, guest services, housekeeping, and accounting. When you don't, the residence remains yours, ready, exactly as you left it.
